Access key? where???
Sorry if this has been answered... but where do I enter my factions access key from the little scratch card? I click on 'add an access key to existing account' and it only lets me hae about 8 characters and wont work... :/

it should have a couple of boxes and let you put in 5 numbers in each box

Ty. I'm so dumb. I looked at the password box under my email in 'add a new key' and thought that was it. Ehehe... Well I wasn't expecting them to take security precautions against people seeking to maliciously add factions to my account was I? :P

Ugh... now Sergio won't gimme the damn quest. And I don't have 2 slots extra I definitely added it on to my existing account, so any idea what's gone wrong anyone?

I added a Factions retail key to my account today and I cannot actually play any Factions content and don't have the two extra slots. I think this behavior is "by design" because the game has not officially launched yet. That being said, I think the developer could have a done a better job by embedding information in the game telling us that the key is valid and that the Factions content would be available tomorrow. Bottom line: wait until tomorrow morning and then try again. If things are still not working, contact tech. support.
